1) Steam-heating way
- Step one: Measure and follow the optimized rate of MDI Binder liquid adhesive and rags of PU Foam or Rubber bits in 1:16~20 ratio
- Step two: Pour adhesive into machine
- Step Three: Mix the binder uniformly and completely for 3~5min,
- Step Four: Pour the mixer in the mould and treat with the steam for about 10~20min,
- Step Five : The sponge will set and then can be pushed out of the mold;
According to the products density, size and the difference mixing effects, add extra binder in order to perform the best viscosity for the products. It is advisable to do the cutting after 2 days after the sponge out of the mold box.
2) Natural temperature way:
- Step One: Measured and follow the optimized rate of MDI Binder liquid adhesive and rags of Scrap PU foam or Rubber bits in 1:16~20 ratio,
- Step Two: Pour adhesive into machine,
- Step Three: Mix the binder uniformly and completely for 3~5min,
- Step Four: Inject into 35%~50% of the amount adhesive of clean water and mix after continuously for 1-2min,
- Step Five: Then pave, level and pressure the mixer inside the mold.
- Step Six: Cure the same over 2-3 Hrs.In summer the curing time is around 2~3hours and in winter is around 3~4 hours, then get ready to pushing out of the mold.
